Paul Gascoigne gives friends update on his health in message from hospital

Paul Gascoigne has sent out a message following his collapse at home. The 58-year-old was discovered semi-conscious on Friday evening. He was taken to a hospital in Dorset but told pals that he is better and feeling 'fine'.
