Bihar's Election Commission found over 11,000 voters untraceable during a special revision. Officials suspect some may be illegal immigrants who obtained voter IDs. Around 4.16 million voters are missing from registered addresses. This includes deceased, shifted, and those enrolled in multiple locations. The missing voters could impact election outcomes. Enrolment forms have been turned in by 96% of Bihar's electors.
