The Maharashtra government will challenge the Bombay High Court's acquittal of 12 individuals accused in the 7/11 Mumbai train bombings in the Supreme Court. Chief Minister Devendra Fadnavis called the High Court verdict shocking. The High Court cited the prosecution's failure to conclusively prove the case.
