Julia Lemigova Addresses Wife Martina Navratilova's Controversial Surrogacy Comment
Julia Lemigova is publicly addressing wife Martina Navratilova‘s controversial comment about surrogacy for the first time.
Last month, the 68-year-old former tennis star made headlines when she tweeted, “Surrogacy is just wrong. Sometimes you can’t have it all.” After facing intense backlash, Martina deleted the post.
While appearing on Watch What Happens Live on Wednesday night (July 30), host Andy Cohen – who welcomed his two kids via surrogacy – asked the 53-year-old Real Housewives of Miami star about her wife’s comment.

“You know, it was kind of put out of context,” she continued. “And I completely disagree with her comments.”
Julia further distanced herself from Martina‘s comment, adding, “I don’t run her social media pages.”
Julia and Martina first met in 2000 but they lost contact and reconnected in 2008. After forming a friendship first, they grew into romantic partners and were married in December 2014. In August of last year, they announced that they had adopted twin boys.
