New 'Spider-Man' Set Leak Has Fans Freaking Over Real-Life Stunts
Spider-Man is back, and he's airborne just as Marvel fans expect him to be.
Brand-new footage from the set of Spider-Man: Brand New Day has hit social media, and diehard MCU lovers are absolutely losing it over the sight of Spidey swinging through the streets of “New York” (filmed in Glasgow) with no CGI in sight. Instead of green screens or floaty VFX, what we’re seeing is a practical stuntman in full costume soaring from building to building like it’s 2004 again in all its glory.
The scene, part of what looks like a high-octane chase sequence, shows Spider-Man chasing down an armored vehicle—likely linked to The Punisher or The Scorpion, based on rumored plot details. In one video, the stunt performer can be seen launching through the air and over what appears to be a controlled explosion. If this is what director Destin Daniel Cretton is bringing to the table, the street-level tone Kevin Feige teased is going to hit hard.
And the fans are excited, to say the least.

IM SO HAPPY PRACTICAL WEB SWINGING WTF

Even the suit has people speculating. While Tom Holland isn’t in the harness for these shots, the red-and-blue design looks like a modern evolution of the final suit we saw at the end of No Way Home—very comic accurate, very lived-in.
long live practical effects!!!!

that’s amazing ????
Set photos and stunt videos keep pouring in, and while no official synopsis has been revealed, the vibe is clear: Marvel’s grounding Peter Parker again. We're past the magic-driven multiverse, and instead, he's just just a kid in the city with a wild web swing.
Absolute madness ????
