CEDIA Expo 2025: Digital Projection To Host Projection And LED Display Live Imaging Comparison
Digital Projection, a brand of Delta, brings new imaging technology solutions to CEDIA Expo 2025. Digital Projection’s growing portfolio, showcased at booth #2509, ensures the right imaging solution for every residential and commercial application.
Laser vs. LED: Live Imaging Comparison
To highlight the unique strengths of its newest projection and dvLED technologies, Digital Projection will feature a side-by-side comparison in a dedicated light-controlled environment at its booth, giving attendees a unique opportunity to evaluate both solutions under controlled viewing conditions. The demonstration showcases Digital Projection’s E-Vision 10000i 4K+ RGB Pure Laser Projector, a 1-chip DLP projector built on Texas Instruments’ High-Efficiency Pixel (HEP) DMD, and a 216-inch diagonal 4K COB (Chip-on-Board) Flip Chip LED videowall from Digital Projection’s flagship Radiance LED Performance Series.
Digital Projection RGB Pure Laser Projector
Digital Projection’s E-Vision 10000i 4K+ RGB delivers the complete REC 2020 color space at 4K+ resolution — without the motion or color artifacts often found in systems that rely on traditional color wheels. With 10,000 lumens of brightness, HDR support, and contrast ratios up to 10,000:1, it’s a powerful solution for environments where color accuracy and image fidelity are essential.
Driving this performance is Texas Instruments’ High-Efficiency Pixel (HEP) DMD — a 0.8-inch micromirror device featuring increased tilt angles and “filled via” architecture to boost brightness and native contrast. Paired with Digital Projection’s advanced Nexus electronics platform, the E-Vision 10000i 4K+ gives integrators control, precision, and efficiency during installation and configuration.
Digital Projection COB-Flip Chip 4K LED Videowall
The Radiance LED Reference HDR flip chip COB microLED demonstrated in Digital Projection’s “dark room” boasts 1200 nits of brightness, Rec. 2020 color space with 281 trillion colors, and a 1.2mm pixel pitch for native 4K imagery. A 15,000:1 contrast ratio and ultra-high 7680 Hz refresh rate further cement its category-leading performance. Thanks to COB Flip Chip technology, the panel offers a slim cabinet design while significantly reducing power consumption and heat output.
Additional Radiance LED video walls in a variety of sizes and pixel pitches will be showcased at the Digital Projection booth, highlighting their versatility for applications ranging from residential theaters to outdoor signage and mission-critical environments.
