A tragic incident at Medley Pharma in Maharashtra's Palghar district resulted in the death of four workers and serious injury to two others. The accident occurred due to a nitrogen gas leak within one of the company's units in the Tarapur MIDC industrial area. The affected workers were immediately rushed to a local hospital, where four were pronounced dead.
