A Chandausi court has scheduled a hearing for August 28 regarding the Shahi Jama Masjid-Harihar temple dispute. During a recent session before civil judge Aditya Singh, the Masjid's legal team submitted an application citing the pendency of the matter in the Supreme Court. They argued that the current court lacks jurisdiction due to the Worship Act, leading to the deferral.
