Millie Bobby Brown and Jake Bongiovi Welcome Baby Brown Bongiovi
It’s a bambina! Stranger Things actor and pet owner Millie Bobby Brown and her husband, Jake Bongiovi, have announced via Instagram that they’ve welcomed a baby girl into their family through adoption. “We are beyond excited to embark on this beautiful next chapter of parenthood in both peace and privacy,” they wrote in a shared post. This is the couple’s first child. They’ve been together since 2021 and got married in May 2024. That one of Netflix’s most bankable stars is married to Jon Bon Jovi’s son is one of those things we’ve all just become accustomed to making sense, but they do have a nice energy together.
Their post mentions they became parents “this summer,” leaving the birth date of the baby unknown, and they’ve yet to announce the name of their daughter. What might the new little Bongiovi be called? Earlier this year, Brown told BBC Radio 1 that she and Bongiovi have approximately 60-something pets, including dogs, cats, and farm animals, which means there are several names presumably already out of contention when it comes to naming their newborn, including Bernard (a donkey), Lemonade (pony), Cardi B (unknown), Slick Rick (unknown), and Norman (sheep). Maybe they’ll go for something traditionally Italian, like Carlotta, or something that rhymes with Millie Bobby, like, um, Jillie Robby. Sorry. Brown — an actor who first came into the public eye as a child — is now a mother of a child herself, a perfectly full-circle event designed to make everyone who reads about it feel old.
