Hurricane Erin bringing coastal flooding to New York as it churns off East Coast

Even though Hurricane Erin isn't expected to make landfall in the U.S., it's effects are still being felt along the East Coast as it churns in the Atlantic. Meteorologist Darren Peck and CBS News correspondent Tom Hanson have more.
