Monsoon Session marred by disruptions: Rajya Sabha Dy Chairman Harivansh expresses disappointment

New Delhi [India], August 22 (ANI): Deputy Chairman of the Rajya Sabha, Harivansh, on Thursday, expressed disappointment over the disruptions that marred the proceedings of the House in the Monsoon Session during his valedictory address.

The 268th Session of the Rajya Sabha was adjourned sine die on Thursday, with Deputy Chairman Harivansh regretting that repeated disruptions deprived the House of meaningful disc
