Addressing a press conference in Bhopal, the Congress Madhya Pradesh Chief Jitu Patwari also claimed that the highest consumption of alcohol in the country is in Madhya Pradesh. Meanwhile, CM Mohan Yadav on Tuesday criticised Patwari's remarks and called it an "insult to the sisters of the entire state".
