US Special Envoy Adam Boehler Visits Kabul, Meets Taliban Foreign Minister

Adam Boehler, the U.S. President’s Special Envoy for Hostage Affairs, arrived in Kabul at the head of a delegation and held talks with Taliban Foreign Minister Amir Khan Muttaqi, the Taliban Foreign Ministry confirmed on Saturday.
