A BMW accident in Delhi Cantonment killed Finance Ministry Deputy Secretary Navjot Singh (52) and injured his wife. Police arrested driver Gagandeep Kaur (38) and registered a culpable homicide case under multiple BNS sections. The car’s occupants, Gurugram residents, were also injured.
