Residents of Hilly View colony in Jamshedpur are complaining about a toxic smell emanating from the Mahatma Gandhi Memorial Medical College and Hospital's new campus in Dimna. The foul odour, attributed to medical and municipal waste stored near the boundary wall, is impacting over 5000 residents. MLA Saryu Roy intervened, urging the hospital superintendent to relocate the waste.
