Tesla gets the green light to test its autonomous robotaxis in Arizona. The Arizona Department of Transportation approved the trial with a safety monitor. Earlier, Tesla applied for a permit to begin trials for an autonomous vehicle ride-sharing service. The robotaxis will be tested in the Phoenix Metro area. It is unclear when the trials will start or end.
