Former J-K DGP SP Vaid has strongly condemned Yasin Malik's claim of briefing then PM Manmohan Singh after meeting with Lashkar-e-Taiba chief Hafiz Saeed, deeming it a "matter of shame" for the government at the time. Vaid expressed shock that someone involved in killings could be used for diplomatic purposes.
