Fans found this unusual, as she’s one of the two main leads in the fan favorite series, which ran from 2000–2007. Well, now she’s explaining why she’s not involved.

“I don’t do anything the creator of my show isn’t a part of, so, so far, no,” Lauren explained in an interview with ET.

If you don’t know, the show was created by Amy Sherman-Palladino and Daniel Palladino, but they are not involved.
