Arnya Real Estate Fund and Supreme Universal have established a Rs 1,000 crore real estate equity fund to target residential redevelopment projects in Mumbai and Pune. The fund, with a base corpus of Rs 500 crore and a green-shoe option of an additional Rs 500 crore, will focus on non-slum redevelopment, particularly society and MHADA projects.
