6-month-old baby dies after found unresponsive in Englewood

A 6-month-old baby girl died after she was found unresponsive in Englewood Saturday night, Chicago police said.

She was found around 11 p.m. in the 7200 block of South Winchester Avenue and taken to Comer Children’s Hospital in critical condition. She was later pronounced dead, according to police.

No details about how she died were immediately made available.
