The expression lsquo;between a rock and a hard place rsquo; is used to sum up an extraordinary dilemma, an impossible choice. But it appears that given the grip of the illegal mining menace on Ghana, even that expression loses its meaning, because it doesn rsquo;t describe the situation adequately.
