Indian national Ganesh Shenoy, 54, has been extradited to the US after a two-decade legal battle, facing manslaughter charges for a fatal 2005 car crash in Hicksville. Shenoy allegedly caused the death of Philip Mastropolo by speeding through a red light, then fled to Mumbai after lying to the investigators that he had a green light.
