Mark Bonnar's Reaction To Finding Out Who The Celebrity Traitors Are Is Truly Unmissable

Mark Bonnar’s impassioned reactions were a big part of what made him a target for banishment among his fellow contestants on The Celebrity Traitors this week.

As viewers already know, Mark was, in fact, simply a very enthusiastic member of the “Faithfuls”, but that wasn’t enough to convince his co-stars, who put the Line Of Duty actor in the show’s first ever tie-break alongside historian David Olusoga on Wednesday night’s episode.

With a 50-50 chance of staying or going, it wound up being Mark’s turn to be banished during Thursday night’s instalment, after which he made a follow-up appearance on companion show The Celebrity Traitors Uncloaked.

And we’re pleased to report that was where he gave viewers one more dramatic reaction for the road, as he discovered the identities of the three “Traitors” left in the game.

Upon learning that Jonathan Ross was the first “Traitor” on the list, Mark grimaced, before declaring: “Jonathan. Fucking. Ross.”

He looked similarly pain-stricken at reading Cat Burns’ name, before insisting: “Man, she’s good. I thought she was 100% ‘Faithful’. This is exhausting!”

Finally, he read Alan Carr’s name, letting out a simple: “Oh.”

“It’s Alan,” Mark then said with a sigh, as presenter Ed Gamble struggled to hold in a laugh.

Mark isn’t the only Celebrity Traitors cast member whose reactions to discovering the identities of the “Traitors” has been priceless TV, though.

Earlier this week, Charlotte Church found herself in the same position, and to say her response was animated would be something of an understatement.

And then, of course, there’s Paloma Faith, who had quite an impassioned response to discovering that one of her pals outside of the game had been responsible for her becoming the first celebrity on the cast to be “murdered”.
