Owner of vicious pit bulls with long history of attacks ordered to turn dogs over to NYC for potential euthanasia

A pair of pit bull mixes in NYC must be turned over to the city, evaluated and possibly euthanized after they attacked three small dogs earlier this year, a Manhattan judge has ruled -- as it has emerged the animals were accused of a third attack.
