Byju's has appealed to the NCLAT against an NCLT order that refused to halt Aakash Educational Services' EGM for a rights issue. The edtech firm fears its stake in Aakash will be significantly diluted. Meanwhile, a US lender's application regarding the EGM is also before the NCLAT.
