France strongly condemns the extension and intensification, since 26 October, of the Rapid Support Forces (RSF) offensive in El-Fasher, the siege of which has been causing a dire humanitarian crisis for nearly a year and a half. It expresses its deep concern over reports of atrocities, including summary executions, perpetrated by the RSF in El-Fasher, as well as in Bara.
