Four-star forward Jackson Kiss commits to Iowa State
By JAMES MADDEN
Iowa State landed another commit in the class of 2026, from four-star forward Jackson Kiss on Wednesday. Kiss is a 6-foot-8 senior at Utah Prep (UT) and is originally from New Zeanaldn, He chose the Cyclones over New Mexico, Hofstra, George Mason and more.
Kiss was a member of Vegas Elite this summer, where he averaged 14.6 points and 6.6 rebounds per game. He is a forward that plays much larger than his 6-foot-8 frame and is one of the best playmaking big men in the class.
Kiss’ calling cards are his feel for the game, intelligence and physicality, also having the ability to use his soft touch around the rim. He has made drastic improvements towards improving his outside shot and is a gifted forward with a high ceiling.
He is Iowa State’s third commit in the class of 2026, joining Christian Wiggins and Yusef Gray Jr., in the class thus far.
Kiss is rated as a four-star recruit and is ranked as the No. 99 overall recruit in the class of 2026, according to 247Sports.
