India's top solar maker, Waaree Energies, is reconfiguring its supply chain to bypass steep US import tariffs. The company is sourcing solar cells from countries with low export tariffs to the US, aiming to continue supplying its largest market. This strategy relies on a 2012 customs ruling that attributes panel origin to the cell's country of manufacture.
