Volkswagen's joint venture with Horizon Robotics, CARIZON, will develop the German automaker's first in-house chip for smart driving in its next generation of China-bound vehicles. This chip, designed to process camera and sensor data with significant computing power, is expected within three to five years, enhancing VW's local R&D for the Chinese market.
