India and the US are actively engaged in ongoing discussions for a proposed bilateral trade agreement, with Commerce Minister Piyush Goyal noting that sensitive and serious issues are being addressed. Five rounds of talks have been completed, aiming to conclude the first phase by fall 2025 and significantly boost bilateral trade.
