Dave Franco Says He's Taking a Break After 'Now You See Me 3,' Will 'Disappear For a While'

Dave Franco is stepping away from the spotlight for awhile!

The 40-year-old actor is currently in the process of promoting his new movie Now You See Me: Now You Don’t, but once that’s done, he’s taking a break from acting and more.

“Okay, yes, I do. Basically, we’re getting through this week of press and then I will disappear for a while,” he told People about plans to slow down at the NYC premiere of Now You See Me 3.

“I’m sure people are sick of me,” Dave joked. “And I will go to the middle of nowhere and climb into a hole.”

Dave has had a busy past year, starring in movies like Together with wife Alison Brie, Regretting You and the upcoming Now You See Me: Now You Don’t, as well as a guest star role on The Studio season one, and voice roles in animated shows Long Story Short and Krapopolis.

Coming up, he has two movies in the works, The Sh-theads and the animated Forgotten Island.

As for when we’ll see him again after his break, Dave told People, “You’ll see me when you see me.”
