Central Park will invest Rs 2,000 crore in a luxury residential project on Dwarka Expressway. The project, named Delphine, will be developed in three phases. Construction is set to begin in 2026 and finish by 2032. This development aims to create a new luxury hub in Gurugram. The project is expected to generate Rs 3,500 crore in sales.
