The biggest shopping holiday of the year has arrived, and nearly every major streaming service is on sale. The best Black Friday streaming deals offer major savings on top-rated services, discounting subscription prices for up to a year.
The Business Insider Reviews team has spent years tracking deals and testing streaming services, and each November, nothing quite compares to what we see on Black Friday. Most of the best streaming services are offering major discounts across a variety of plans, including rare sales from Apple TV and the ad-free Disney Plus and Hulu bundle. There's something for every person (and price point), with deals reaching up to 83% off for a full year.

Disney routinely puts out some of the best streaming deals every Black Friday, and this year is no exception. The ad-supported Disney Plus and Hulu bundle is over 60% off from now through December 1, 2025. The promo discounts the monthly ad-supported plan, regularly $12.99 a month, down to just $4.99 a month for the first 12 months of service. You can also save 25% on the ad-free Disney Plus and Hulu bundle. This rarely-discounted option brings the premium bundle down from $19.99 a month to $14.99 a month for the first 12 months.
The Disney Plus, Hulu, and ESPN Unlimited bundles are on sale through January 5, 2026. You can get ad-supported Disney Plus, ad-supported Hulu, and ESPN Unlimited for $29.99 a month for 12 months. ESPN Unlimited typically costs $29.99 a month on its own, so this deal is like getting ad-supported Disney Plus and Hulu for free for a year. There's also a deal on the ad-free version of the triple bundle, although ESPN Unlimited will always be ad-supported due to the nature of live TV.
STARZ has launched a deal on both its monthly and annual plans. While the monthly plan, which knocks 73% off the first three months of service, is a solid offer, the true gem is the streamer's current annual deal. Customers can get a full year of STARZ for just $11.99, a nearly 83% discount from the standard yearlong plan pricing. It's the lowest we've ever seen the streaming service go.
After sitting out Black Friday last year, Apple TV has turned up with a rare deal for 2025, which will knock over 50% off the first six months of service. The sale, which lasts until December 1, brings Apple TV's monthly subscription rate down from $12.99 a month to just $5.99 a month for half a year.
Paramount Plus joined the Black Friday party with deals that might look familiar to people who signed up last year. Both the Essential and the Premium plans have been discounted to $2.99 a month for the first two months of service. This is a 63% discount on Essential plans, which typically cost $7.99 a month, and a 77% discount on Premium plans, which usually go for $12.99 a month.
While not technically a streaming service, Walmart Plus offers access to either Paramount Plus Essential or Peacock Premium. You can choose which one of the two services you'd like access to every 90 days. Until December 2, Walmart Plus annual plans are 50% off. $49 for 12 months is the cheapest we have ever seen these annual plans go for.
Additional notable Black Friday streaming deals we're seeing come from Prime Video and HBO Max, among others. While the Prime Video service itself usually doesn't go on sale (although you can learn more below about ways to save on an annual Amazon Prime subscription), you can save right now by subscribing to a service through Prime. Some of the top deals right now discount your first two months of AMC Plus, BritBox, MGM Plus, and Hallmark Plus, among several other offers.
Through December 1, HBO Max is offering its basic ad-supported tier for $2.99 a month for the first 12 months of service, about 73% in savings compared to the standard $10.99 a month rate. This offer matches last year's deal, an all-time low price, and extends it for an additional six months. Just keep in mind that this is the ad-supported tier, which doesn't have sports live streaming. You can also get the $2.99 a month for 12 months HBO Max deal through Prime Video.
We'll keep updating this page with more deals as they become available (or unavailable), so check back through Black Friday and Cyber Monday for the latest info. In the meantime, we've rounded up some evergreen introductory offers on a few of our favorite live TV streaming services and highlighted some of the top streaming bundles and annual plans, which can also save you some money each month or year (even if they're not technically on sale).
Many of the best live TV streaming services don't offer Black Friday deals (but hey, you never know!). However, most of these services still have enticing evergreen introductory offers for new customers. Some of our favorite services with intro offers include DirecTV, Fubo, and Sling. We've rounded up the top deals currently available below, with prices showing your first month (or first two months, in the case of the DirecTV genre packs) discount. You should click through to see the exact details, but some of the services offer additional savings beyond that introductory period. Just keep in mind that some live TV providers have a few extra fees on top of their standard price tags, due to regional sports and other potential costs.
There are a few other ways to save on streaming services beyond traditional deals, which we've outlined below. These aren't technically sales, but these bundles and annual plans offer savings compared to what you'd pay by subscribing to multiple services separately each month or paying for 12 months of a service on a month-to-month basis (you can find these comparison prices below).
FAQ
When do Black Friday streaming deals start?
As you can see above, many streaming services launched their deals ahead of Black Friday, giving potential subscribers a bit more time to sign up. STARZ, Apple TV, and Prime Video launched their sales about a week before the 2025 shopping holiday, and HBO Max kicked off its sale on Monday, November 24. Disney Plus began its Disney and Hulu bundle deals on Tuesday, November 25 (although it granted early access to the ad-supported version the day before), and Paramount Plus also launched both of its monthly promos on November 25.
Other streaming services will most likely begin to reveal their sales over the next day or two. Historically, we've seen that all major streaming deals tend to launch by Black Friday (if not before), which falls on November 28, 2025, this year. Despite being online-only, streaming retailers don't tend to wait until Cyber Monday, and the deals (or lack thereof) you see on November 28 typically last through Cyber Monday. That said, things can always change, and we'll keep this page updated throughout the shopping holiday weekend.
When do Black Friday streaming deals end?
Most of the major Black Friday streaming deals run through Cyber Monday on December 1, 2025, and have a hard stop at the end of the day. Deals typically expire by 11:59 p.m. If that's PT, then East Coasters will have three extra hours to take advantage of the savings, but we recommend buying before then, just in case it ends by midnight ET. Last year, the Paramount Plus deal lasted two days past Cyber Monday.
As we mentioned above, some deals are a bit more evergreen and not specifically tied to Black Friday and Cyber Monday, although they coincide with the shopping holidays. Some of these deals have end dates, such as the ESPN Unlimited, Disney Plus, and Hulu bundles, which are discounted down to $29.99 a month and $38.99 a month, respectively, for 12 months until January 5, 2026. After that point, they'll revert to their standard monthly rates of $35.99 and $44.99.
Other deals — like the discounts on live TV streaming services such as DirecTV, Fubo, and Sling — are more evergreen and have no definitive end date. We still recommend not waiting around to subscribe because those offers are available at the discretion of the streamer and can technically be removed at any time.
Is Black Friday a good time to sign up for a streaming service?
Black Friday is a great time to sign up for a streaming service. Many of the streaming sales that pop up during the Black Friday and Cyber Monday shopping holidays are the best streaming deals we see all year. This is based on both the depth of the discount and the length of the promo. Last year's Peacock, Disney Plus, and Hulu deals were particularly alluring.
What were the Black Friday streaming deals like last year?
In 2024, some of the best Black Friday streaming deals we saw came from Peacock, Disney Plus, Hulu, HBO Max, and Paramount Plus. Ad-supported HBO Max was on sale for $2.99 a month for six months, the ad-supported Disney Plus and Hulu bundle was discounted to $2.99 a month for 12 months, Peacock Premium was $20 for a year or $1.99 a month for six months, and both tiers of Paramount Plus were brought down to $2.99 a month for two months.
Who is eligible for the Black Friday streaming deals?
Eligibility for the Black Friday streaming deals varies from service to service, and it's best to check the fine print to see if you're able to cash in on the savings. If you've never subscribed to the streaming service before, you're most likely eligible for the deal. For many services, existing subscribers aren't eligible to get the deals and savings can't be applied to ongoing subscriptions. However, many streamers allow former subscribers to access the deals, but how long ago you'll need to have canceled to be eligible varies by service. Additionally, many streaming services don't offer their deals if you sign up through a third-party, so we recommend trying to subscribe directly through the streamer's website.
Disney Plus, ESPN, Hulu, and bundle subscribers aren't eligible for the Black Friday Disney Plus and Hulu bundle deals. The best way to see if you're eligible is to start the sign-up process on a streaming service and see what's available to you before you go to pay.
Are there any streaming services that don't do Black Friday deals?
There are a few streaming services that didn't participate in Black Friday last year, including Apple TV and Netflix. The latter routinely refrains from offering sales, including for major shopping holidays like Black Friday. However, Apple TV launched a Black Friday deal after all this year, so never say never. Philo, another one of our favorite live TV streaming services, also doesn't typically offer limited-time deals, but we still think it's worth a look.
Only time will tell which other services might offer deals pegged to the 2025 Black Friday and Cyber Monday shopping holidays, and we'll make sure to keep updating this page as more sales launch.
