The Bengaluru Development Authority (BDA) plans to raise up to ₹1,800 crore by auctioning prime urban land parcels, including a 52-acre commercial site in Konadasapura along the Whitefield–Hosakote corridor. The e-auction runs from December 1–18, 2025, with 25% payment upfront and the remainder within 45 days.
