Don't think I've ever worked anywhere that doesn't pay you before Christmas when your payday is normally between the 24th-31st.
I currently do. Payday is 31 December for me. Makes for an easier January
Genuine question... how exactly?
If you get paid £2k on 28/11 and 31/12 you have £4k to last November and Jan
If you get paid 28/11 and 19/12 you have £4k to last November and Jan
What difference does it make?
