Kaiser Permanente and the Oregon Federation of Nurses and Health Professionals have reached a tentative agreement to raise wages and improve working conditions, but the agreement is contingent on Kaiser Permanente returning to the national bargaining table to meet with the rest of the Alliance of Health Care Unions.
