Israel's culture minister says all Israelis, not just Netanyahu, share responsibility for Oct. 7

In a Thursday interview, Culture Minister Miki Zohar said that 'all Israelis were complacent' in the run-up to the October 7 Hamas massacre, and that any investigation into the disaster would have to go back to the Oslo Accords
