Four unidentified criminals, claiming to be from the banned PLFI outfit, fired at a stone crusher plant in Khunti district, demanding Rs 20 lakh in levy. They threatened a military-style assault if the payment was not made. Police are investigating the authenticity of the letter signed by PLFI zonal member Rajesh Yadav.
