Kurukshetra Expressway (KEPL) is currently facing debt recovery proceedings after its toll project on the Rohtak-Bawal section of National Highway-71 in Haryana was terminated. The concession agreement was cancelled in July 2021 following prolonged disruptions and stoppage of toll collections.
