Culver Max Entertainment receives a reprieve from the NCLAT. The appellate tribunal has overturned a previous NCLT decision that dismissed an insolvency plea against a fintech firm. The case will now be heard again by the NCLT. The NCLAT emphasized that Culver Max should have been given a chance to fix application defects.
