New England Patriots wide receiver Stefon Diggs is facing a felony strangulation charge stemming from an alleged altercation with his private chef. According to a criminal complaint, the chef told police that Diggs smacked her and tried to choke her after a conversation the two were having over money broke down. NBC News’ Morgan Chesky reports.
