Ellie Weiler Is The Latest Member Of The ThirtyTwo Snowboards Team

The ThirtyTwo snowboards team has its newest member.

Ellie Weiler will join a squad that already includes some heavy hitters in the industry. She’ll ride the women’s Gemini, a soft-flexing freestyle twin that features the artwork of Delaney Renee, a tattoo artist based out of Los Angeles.

Weiler is a Colorado native, and grew up riding at Copper Mountain. She entered the contest scene at the age of 10.

More recently, Weiler won The Round-Up at Woodward Park City and Slush’s World Quarterpipe Championship title. She received the Uninvited Invitational Rookie Award and won the Style Award at the backcountry contest Research and Development. In December, she was at Breckenridge for the Rockstar Energy Open, where she competed in the Parkstyle event.

Weiler also had appearances in Bode Merrill’s latest project When Doves Cry, and the ThirtyTwo film TR3 D2UCE.

“I’m so excited to be a part of thirtytwo Snowboards. The graphics are amazing and there’s an option for everyone,” Weiler said. “The crew of guys is also insane, and I’m stoked to ride and film with them.”

Weiler joins a team that already includes Pat Fava, Phil Hansen, Patrick Hofmann and Brin Alexander. She will now ride ThirtyTwo head to toe – board, boots, bindings, and outerwear.


ThirtyTwo’s snowboard line is a brand-new venture. New creative director Brad Alband was brought back to ThirtyTwo last fall. The 2026-2027 line will include 12 custom shapes across 108 sizes and 86 models. All of the boards will be built at Nidecker’s SWS factory. A limited-edition 30-year anniversary boards dropped most recently, and recently, Hansen rode every single shape in the line in a single day at the mountain, and talked about it on his Instagram story. 

“They have no palette to know what’s going to work or what’s not going to work,” he said in a 2025 interview. They’re just like, ‘this is what we’re hyped on. This is what we’re going to make.’ And, you know, it’s, it’s all just kind of thrown at the wall. That’s how (Pat Fava’s signature boot from 2025) worked. It was just like, this could be really cool. This could not catch on at all. And people loved it.”

ThirtyTwo's team is pretty stacked, and this is just the beginning of it all. I'm sure we'll need to keep our eyes peeled for more big announcements in the near future.
