Mason Ho Reveals His Best Waves on 29 Surfboards He Rode in 2025

From a 5’2” Puddle Jumper to a 10’2” Bay Slayer, few pro surfers have a quiver as diverse or colorful as Mason Ho. Matt Biolos and team at …Lost Surfboards threw the kitchen sink at Mason in 2025. Fishes, daily drivers, blades, guns, and I'd wager he got barreled on most of 'em. Mason just released his annual highlight video that features his best/strangest waves of the year. No surprise, it’s got a bit of everything. Pipeline cones, Uluwatu lefts, Mexican points, localised Australian peaks, Waco shenanigans, dangerous rock hops, downright freakish wedges. You’ll also see the Waimea Bay bombs that earned Mason a runner-up finish at the 2024 Eddie Aikau Big Wave Invitational (technically last year, but who’s counting?).

As this 39-minute video shows, Mason and Rory Pringle work YouTube like few others. To regularly deliver entertaining, original and authentic content in today’s surfing marketplace is no small feat. 2025 was a significant year for the duo as they officially joined YouTube’s 100,000 subscriber club. They have a formula and stick to it like Mason’s traction-less wax job. 

In the credits, I counted 29 different surfboards that Mason rode last year. Not all escaped unscathed. I have a feeling more Mayhems are inbound.
