Chief Election Commissioner Gyanesh Kumar visited Deoghar, Jharkhand, offering prayers at Baba Baidyanath Dham. His visit precedes the likely launch of the Special Summary Revision of electoral rolls in February. Kumar also met with officials at AIIMS Deoghar and is scheduled to visit Basukinath Dham and interact with booth-level officers.
