Timothée Chalamet Shouts Out Kylie Jenner In Sweet Critics' Choice Awards Speech
Awards season is off to a great start for Timothée Chalamet, who is celebrating his latest hit movie Marty Supreme’s first major win.
On Sunday night, the two-time Oscar nominee was awarded the Best Actor title at the Critics’ Choice Awards, ahead of Michael B Jordan for his double duty performance in Sinners and Joel Edgerton, Ethan Hawke and Wagner Moura for Train Dreams, Blue Moon and The Secret Agent, as well as Leonardo DiCaprio for One Battle After Another.
During his acceptance speech, Timothée began by shouting out his fellow nominees, plus his own team and the cast and crew of Marty Supreme.
He then gave a very special mention to his girlfriend, Kylie Jenner, with whom he walked the red carpet earlier that night.
“Lastly, I’ll just say, thank you to my partner of three years,” he said. “Thank you for our foundation. I love you. I couldn’t do this without you.
“Thank you from the bottom of my heart, thank you so much.”
From the audience, Kylie could also be seen mouthing “I love you too” back at the Call Me By Your Name star.

Later this week, Timothée will put in an appearance at the Golden Globes where he’s once again in the running for a Best Actor prize.
For the Best Actor In A Film (Musical Or Comedy) title, he’s once again up against Leonardo DiCaprio and Ethan Hawke, as well as Jay Kelly’s George Clooney, No Other Choice’s Lee Byung-hun and Bugonia’s Jesse Plemons.
Other winners at the 2026 Critics’ Choice Awards included Jessie Buckley, Amy Madigan and Jacob Elordi for their work in Hamnet, Weapons and Frankenstein, respectively.
Frankenstein and Sinners were the night’s top winners in the movie categories, with the former picking up wins for its hair and makeup, costumes and production design, and the latter scooping Best Young Actor, Best Casting, Best Score and Best Original Screenplay.
Meanwhile, Adolescence was the most-awarded TV show of the year, with cast members Owen Cooper, Stephen Graham and Erin Doherty all coming away with prizes, and the Netflix drama also being named Best Limited Series.
