The Manipur government has transferred the investigation of two recent Improvised Explosive Device (IED) blasts in Bishnupur district to the National Investigation Agency (NIA). The explosions, which injured two people, occurred in an abandoned house, prompting an irate mob to damage a nearby security bunker. A BJP legislator suspects foreign agencies may exploit the ongoing conflict to foment trouble.
