A rogue elephant, believed to be in musth, has killed two more people in West Singhbhum, bringing the total victims to 19 this year. Despite a massive effort by over 300 foresters, the elusive jumbo, described as a 'speedster', evaded capture and strayed into Odisha. Crowd management proved a major hurdle, delaying attempts and escalating the elephant's fury.
