Tragedy struck in Kanpur's Ghatampur area as a man, Surendra Swami, allegedly murdered his wife, Ruby Devi, and their 2.5-year-old son, Labhansh, before going on the run. Police were alerted to the horrific incident in village Udaipur and have launched an intensive search for the absconding husband. Three dedicated teams are now working to apprehend the accused.
