The Unnao rape victim has approached the Delhi High Court. She seeks to present more evidence against former MLA Kuldeep Singh Sengar. Sengar was convicted and sentenced in the minor gang rape case. His appeal against the conviction is currently pending. The High Court has requested responses from the CBI and Sengar.
