GREENBELT CASH-GATE: Sam Kawale goes AWOL

Sam Kawale former minister of Agriculture under Malawi Congress Party (MCP) is reportedly on the run following a warrant of arrest police obtained against him.

Kawale is implicated in the fertilizer procurement scandal as well as the cashgate scandal at Greenbelt Authority.

Kawale is among other Greenbelt Authority officials wanted by the authorities as well as other top MCP officials.
